Use this to stir-fry and fry ingredients. we've a big family, and i was getting worn-out of getting to both cook the stir-fry in pans or do it in two batches. that is deep enough to cook it all and it comes with a lid. The lid also has a steam vent so you don’t must depart the lid tilted off the pan. Heats evenly and is robust sufficient to cope with a youngster doing the dishes. we've had it and used it each day for nearly a yr, and used it each day and not using a warping or loss of nonstick coating.
